Founded in 1959, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Vernon & District Branch is a leading community-based organization dedicated to promoting mental health wellness and supporting those affected by mental illness in the North Okanagan. As part of a national network, CMHA Vernon provides a wide range of programs and services that foster mental wellness, recovery, social inclusion, and resilience.
