The Canadian Mental Health Association, Vernon and District Branch respects the rights of all stakeholders. We encourage communication and joint problem-solving between staff members, clients, their families, service providers and community members. 

All concerns are taken seriously and are subject to CMHA Vernon and District’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will be handled sensitively and disclosed only to those appropriate individuals for the purpose of resolving the complaint. Your concerns including the filing of this formal complaint will not result in retaliation or barriers to service.
