Kimberly Embleton

Mental Health & Substance Use Clinician

Call/Text Kimberly at: 236-426-1403

Email: [email protected]

My name is Kimberly, she/her, I am the Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician with the Youth Integrated Service Hub. I believe that the road to mental wellness is a journey we don’t have to do alone. I believe young people are the experts of their own lives and work to create a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported.

When I’m not in session you can find me spending time outdoors, coffee cup in hand, spending time with family or friends. I have a recent love of yoga and gaining an understanding of how to move through dysregulation by tuning into the body. I have a passion for play and believe that people should be incorporating play into their lives no matter what the age.

Youth Education & Program Coordinator

“Hello everyone! I’m Gurleen (she/her). I have a background in clinical research, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention. As a young person (not that long ago, I might add), I remember feeling lost, confused, and overwhelmed, unsure of who to reach out to or what to do. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others and empowering youth.

Outside of work, you’ll find me listening to Taylor Swift, vibing with indie music, exploring new foods and cool spots with friends and family, and sometimes just sitting back and enjoying a good book and some reality TV.”
