Kids in Control

Kids in Control is a free eight-week education and support program for children aged 8 to 12 years who have a loved one with a mental illness (eg. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, etc.) and/or addiction.

Kids in Control aims to foster resilience and increase knowledge and understanding of mental illness.
