Mind Over Music Mental Health Festival
Join CMHA Vernon & District for the inaugural Mind Over Music Mental Health Festival, a first-of-its-kind community event celebrating the connection between music, creativity, and mental wellness.
Taking place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, the festival will feature a full day of live music, interactive activities, wellness booths, community vendors, and free mental health-focused workshops designed to inspire connection, resilience, and well-being.
Free workshops will be open for registration starting August 12th, but space is limited. Participants are encouraged to reserve their spot early.
The day will conclude with a special by-donation evening concert in support of Foundry North Okanagan, helping expand access to youth mental health and wellness services for youth and young adults across the region.
Mind Over Music is made possible through the generous support of community funders and sponsors who recognize the importance of mental health, arts, and community connection.
