CMHA Vernon’s Youth Integrated Services Hub hosts Mindfest Camp July 21 to 25 for youth ages 10 to 12. The Mindfest Camp is there to support your overall emotional well-being and build resiliency while promoting healthy coping skills in a fun, safe and collaborative environment. Highlights of the camp include:

• Mindfulness and relaxation techniques
• Social skills and team building activities
• Expression through art and movement
• Games and activities
• Discussions on emotions and wellness

Camp runs from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 3304 30th Avenue and other community spaces. Activities include a scavenger hunt, a field trip, painting, fitness and snacks. Free to participate. Limited spots available. For more information or to register, contact 250-540-5202 or [email protected]
