Care to Speak for health care workers is available through online chat and telephone hotline to help you through any tough times you might be experiencing. You will be reaching out to volunteers with healthcare experience and trained to provide virtual support and refer you to additional resources if you need them.
As healthcare workers, you likely have been significantly impacted by feelings of stress and anxiety surrounding COVID-19; you worry about the health and safety of those in your care, your family, and yourself.
We are not designed to be in stress mode all the time. When our stress-response system gets overworked, we are at increased risk of experiencing physical and mental health problems. These are unprecedented times. Know that you are not alone and that help is available. All of our support is confidential and delivered without judgment.
Care to Speak provides those working in healthcare with free and confidential mental health support. Our volunteers are peers who also work in healthcare, so they understand what it is like. Call or chat online to get the support you deserve.
Healthcare workers, your mental health is a PRIORITY!
