Tween Group is a free group for youth aged 11-14 who have a parent or caregiver living with a diagnosed mental illness. The group meets once a month for a day of recreational, educational and social activities.
The purpose of the group is to offer parents/caregivers a day of respite, and to help support the youth in reaching their full potential through activities they may otherwise not get to do.
The Tween Group has a maximum capacity of 12 youth. If the group is full youth will be added to the wait-list. Youth are expected to commit to attending the group every month.
