BounceBack® is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry.

Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, participants get access to tools for support on the path to mental wellness.

The event was part of International Credit Union (ICU) Day® celebrates the spirit of the global credit union movement.

The day is recognized to reflect upon the credit union movement’s history, promote its achievements, recognize the hard work and share member experiences.
